I reached out to support and they replied quickly, they got the issue sorted without making it a big hassle.

I really wanted to like Binance.US, but the app feels clunky more often than I expected. Sometimes pages take forever to load, charts freeze up, and I’ll get random errors just from switching tabs. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but it definitely gets frustrating after a while, right?

The layout also feels a little confusing if you’re not opening it every single day. Deposits and trades usually go through fine for me, but the overall experience just doesn’t feel smooth. I feel like the app would be way better with faster performance and menus that are easier to figure out

It did what I needed in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the verification took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. I guess it’s fine since it worked eventually.

Deposits have shown up quickly for me, and withdrawals have gone through without any hassle. Compared to a few other services I’ve tried, this has been a lot more straightforward. I haven’t had money get stuck so far, which is the main thing I care about.

The fees were easy to figure out, and I could check the pricing before making any trades. No surprise charges or shady crap popping up, which is more than I can say for some platforms
